MOVELE Program 2015

Royal Decree 287/2015 of 17 April, regulating the granting for the purchase of electric vehicles in 2015 (MOVELE Program 2015).

The main changes from the previous regulation are as follows. 

The aid is incompatible with the PIVE Plan, although It will be compatible with other local or regional character.

Limit base price for electric and hybrid plug-M1 (excluding taxes) of € 40,000. Dealer adhered to the Plan Movele have to install a recharging point linked assuming an amount of up to EUR 1000 for electric vehicles sold (150 euros for quadricycles).

The effect of the program period is from April 19 to December 31, 2015 or until funds are depleted. No retroactivity for operations prior to April 19. It supports up to 30 vehicles for self-employed professionals and companies and to one vehicle for private users. Enterprises relating to the purchase of vehicles were not therefore eligible to benefit from such measures.

Amount of aid for M1, € 2700 for electric vehicles exclusively autonomy (ESA) between 15 and 40 kms; € 3,700 between 41 and 90 kms and 5500 € if the ESA is over 90 kms. This aid will be increased by € 500 if the beneficiary is a large family or vehicle already transformed. For N1 and N2 with AEE over 60 kms, aid is 8000 € and for heavy / light quadricycles the amount is € 2350/1950.
